Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery. 

• We accept returns on regular-priced hot pot thermals within 14 days of purchase if unused and in original packaging.
• Please note that sale items are final sale and not eligible for refund. Items that are used, damaged, or not in original condition will not be refunded.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
• Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method if the returned product meets the returned items criteria.
